YAG laser eye surgery, also known as YAG laser capsulotomy, is a quick and painless outpatient procedure that clears cloudy vision after cataract surgery. It is used to treat a condition called posterior capsule opacification (PCO), where the thin membrane behind the artificial lens becomes hazy. An ophthalmologist uses a laser to create a small opening in the cloudy membrane, allowing light to pass through to the retina and restore clear vision

An OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) eye test is a non-invasive imaging scan that uses light waves to produce high-resolution, 3D cross-sectional images of the back of your eye. It provides detailed views of the retina and optic nerve, allowing eye care professionals to detect and monitor conditions like glaucomadiabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. The painless test takes only a few minutes, involves placing your head on a chin rest while a machine scans your eye, and helps track changes over time by comparing images from different appointments

An Avastin eye injection, also known as a bevacizumab injection, is a treatment for eye conditions like wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic eye disease, and other retinal problems. It involves injecting the medication directly into the eye to block a protein called vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which stops the growth of abnormal blood vessels that leak and cause vision loss. The procedure is done with a local anesthetic to numb the eye and is generally quick, but it may require repeat injections.
